Fettucine Noodles are long and flat noodles which are about 1/4 inch wide. Avoid purchasing boxes in which noodles are broken or you will end up with short noodles. There are many companies making dry pasta noodles so choose one that meets your preference in flavor and texture. Unopened boxes should be kept in a dry place. Opened boxes are best kept in an air tight jar to avoid moisture and flavor changes.
